All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving payment confirmation. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp so you can follow your sparkle every step of the way.

Please note: Usually delivery takes 10-12 days. Delivery timelines may vary slightly during festivals, holidays, or due to unforeseen courier delays.

We currently ship all across India with trusted delivery partners.

Shipping Charges: A nominal fee of ₹69 applies to all the orders.

We ensure all pieces are carefully checked, packed, and sealed with love before dispatch. In rare cases of transit damage or missing items, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@ororajewels.com with your order details and unboxing video for verification.
